So if a guy wanted to run the TT at Jeeps he could do so with knobbies...correct? Planning on running the open am class on a 450 but haven't had time to get a dirttrack tire/wheel set-up as of yet. Just wanna make sure it's allowed prior to showing up and being denied the opportunity to race.
Thanks- Taylor

KK I will answer your questions to the best of my abilities. Yes you can run a knobbie on the front in the 150 class. I don't believe there is an advantage to having a knobbie, however in that class the right rider can make anything work. I would prefer a flat track tire on the front. But I would say run what you got and don't spend any extra money. And yes we will be adding some excitement to the 150 class for the last weekend. Full press release to be announced real soon, there is some legal contracts that have to be signed.LOL

So knobbies are allowed on the TT in the Open AM... but are they allowed on the regular shorttrack in the Open AM class?
