We had a lot of rain last night, the track is soaked but the sun is shining. We will let you know by noon what the race plans are.

We went out there with full intentions of wheel packing the ENTIRE DAY to get it race ready. Tom could not even get on the track in FOUR WHEEL DRIVE. The pits are a swamp and there is a chance of more rain later today and tonight. It is never an easy call to make (Believe me, I was the most reluctant of the 3) but races are canceled, FINAL ANSWER!

Will you be able to salvage jeeps If we get no more rain between now and tomorrow I know how well the track holds the water.

Dion, we are headed out there later this afternoon to check it out. It does hold water well, but it also drains off fairly quickly (when you throw a submersible pump in there) Several have already offered to come help get Jeeps ready so I am optimistic. We will keep you updated.  |

Just woke up & it's rain'n like a cow pissin' on a flat rock up here in GB. Bot lookin' good down Wichita way on radar either.
