Yes.
Katilyn Kurtz Last I knew Katilyn still had a pretty good headache and was her neck was hurting more and more as the day went on.
Austin Babcock We caught up with Austin and Dallas just outside the ER waiting for Jim to pull the van around so they could head home. Austin got 6 stitches above his eye, 2 pretty good size goose eggs, and lots of rode rash. Dad says Austin will never wear MX gear again. Jeno said the next day Austin was feeling a little better Monday.
Jeno Babcock Tib/fib break, Jeno had surgery Sunday morning to put a rod in his leg. He also has a pretty good case of pneumonia (which he had before the wreck). He was up and doing PT with a walker Monday. He was told about 3 days in the hospital so hopefully he will be released today or tomorrow.
Fred Hawk The ER ran a battery of tests on Fred and could find no reason why he fainted. So he was in the process of being released (getting dressed, walking around) when it happened again. So he was admitted about 7:00 Sunday night. I spoke with his wife Monday afternoon and they THINK he has some internal bleeding above his knee causing the fainting (which happened again Monday). Fred was sleeping when I was up there yesterday, but they were getting ready to do some more tests to pinpoint the bleed and get it stopped.
Both Fred and Jeno are at Via Christi St Francis. When I know more, I will pass it along!

Jeno just called. Looks like at the latest he should be dismissed tomorrow morning but there is a good possibility of being released later today. He is ready or sure

Tammy
Thanks for the updates. Katilyn is doing much better. She went back to the dorms last night. We appreciate everyone checking on her. Sounds like everyone else is making improvements. Tell you guys, one of the nastiest crashes was Titan Trail on his cobra. But he wins Tough Guy award. He was back in action on Sunday. Way to go Titan ;D

Titan is a tough little cowboy (both traits inherited from Jenny's dad). His knee swelled up quite a bit and the scab covers most of it, so he's favoring it pretty good. He also developed a slight black eye.
Anyhow, he's got three sisters to love him up, so he's going to be just fine.
Another note,,, Has anyone heard how Cliff Allen is feeling? Also a very hard high side to watch... Aaron Lindfohrs had a nasty get off too. In fact Jody Hale was razzing him about being a stoved up broken down old man...
Great weekend, but lets try to have fewer crashes than a demo derby next time, eh?

I wasn't aware that Aaron had wrecked at all and I was giving him a hard time about his torn up gear and rubbed his shoulder kinda hard.....ooops! And Cliff Allen??? Was this in practice as well?? I also talked to Terry Clark last night. The wall in 4 snuck up on him pretty quick as well, but he says he is doing fine. And Titan has probably been given the age old advice when it comes to crashes and injuries: Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory... lasts forever- Shane Falco lol
I agree with Josh on fewer crashes. Seems like we went several races where the EMTs never had to move all night. Guess we saved it all up for one weekend.

Last race of the season... No need to save up the bike for the next one, eh? Win it or bin it! Nah... hurts too much and my 250 isn't pretty anymore. Plus the wife told me that I'm grounded now... I said, "You mean I get to stay home from work?" She said, "No, just grounded from racing!"

You've been pitting too close to me, it's rubbing off! There was a lot of crashes, no doubt. Best wishes to the ones who hit hard. Actually, who DIDN'T crash?

Hey Josh, Thanks for your concern. I’m doing fine, I hurt in places I didn’t know I had places, and my thumb has turned shades of purple I didn’t know existed, but no casts, and no stitches, so no complains. Thank you and everyone else that picked me up off the track. It’s good to know that people like you, the EMT, and all the crew of GPFT are there when we need them. I hope all the others that got banged up are coming around. It sounds like I got off easy compared to some of them. We have a tough bunch though and I know they’ll be back ASAP. Has anyone heard from the Lindfohrs' Cliff

Jeno asked me to share a heartfelt thank you to everyone who asked about, called, came up to the hospital to visit and sent well wishes to him after his wreck. He said he is humbled and truly grateful to have so many people he can call friends.
