Kyle,
Last I knew they stored them just up the street from where I work. If need be, I can pick them up and deliver to Clay Center.
For a cold drink after the races, I will even help mount one or two at the track (it's a lot easier when Jimmy is around.........he can put one on without tire irons!!)

Kyle, if you have to come to Wichita to get it I have a tire machine in the shop at the house, you are more than welcome to come and I will help you throw it on. PS my shop has A/C.. I don't work to well in this heat. Let me know!

Hey thanks for the offers... I don't think I'll be down Wichita way before I need them, but a garage with AC sounds pretty nice!! My garage is more of a sweat shop these days. Not sure if I can make the purchase before Clay Center... I'm hoping to get a set before the fair races. Jimmy can put one on without irons? Dang!  I usually struggle even with irons... Most of the time there is blood involved!  Trying to sell some pipes and stuff so I can buy tires. Reminds me of the old AC/DC song... "Got myself a Cadillac, but I can't afford the gasoline!" (Down payment blues) |
