Clay Center short track, July 30

Thanks to Russ Briggs and Briggsauto.com there will be a GPFTS points race in Clay Center, Kansas on July 30. Russ, who has been a long time supporter of flat track racing, has agreed to partner with the GPFTS for this race in Clay Center to make this a special event.
