Ok, so I know some of you have the creativity gene, and we need your help! We have been tossing around names that we could call our humble little racing series but nothing is jumping out at us. Please think about it, get your spouse and kids to discuss it over dinner, whatever! Then toss some names at me. It would probably be easiest to do this via private message (PM). We are really wanting to nail something down by the end of the weekend.

I understand you're anxious to get a name, but maybe if you give us a week and let people post their ideas it would help get the creative juices flowing and could prove to be entertaining.

Have a beer or two......get the creative juices flowing........whatever it takes. But we need to order awards for Oberlin very soon and would like to include a name. Sorry for the short notice. (Plus some people work better under pressure **--->points to self<---**)

Okay, the creative juices were flowing all weekend... Here's what I came up with.
the New Flat Track Racing Association. We could even abbreviate it to say............NFTRA..... AWWWW HECK.... back to the drawing board.... More later.....

Why can't we just call ourselves "Kansas Flat Track Racing Association" with the tag line "The Greatest Show on Dirt"?
Didn't care so much for the shape of the track but I had a great time and loved the car / bike concept. Thanks to everyone in the orange shirts. Hope to make one or two of the Jeeps races in August.

Seems like "Kansas" is too state specific... not to mention the last race was in MO. I like it for the Kansas racing history and heritage though. Midwest Dirttrack Racing Association Heartland Flattrack Racing Association Or do you want to go bigger? "WORLD FLATTRACK ORGANIZATION" - aka WFO... ;D Or something more ambiguous, perhaps? "Corn Belt Association of Chronic Left-Turners"  (for you Nebraskans... LOL) I think most of us don't mind what you call it... We're just happy to have some races! Kyle#44x |

We could just shorten that to the Association of Chronic Left-Turners, the ACL-T, not to be confused with the ACLT-American Chestnut Land Trust, a worthy organization fighting to preserve land in Maryland for native chestnuts.
