Since the majority of the races on the GPFTS schedule will be ran in Park City the fine folks of the PARK CITY CONVENTION AND TOURISM COMMITTEE have agreed to be the series sponsor for 2011. The series will be known as the Great Plains Flat Track Series sponsored by Park City.
The sponsor money will be used for end of the year pay-out and awards.
The GPFTS is also looking for individual class sponsors, the sponsors name will be mentioned every time the class is announced at the race track, it will head-line the class in the standings and also on end of the year awards. If you do not have a business to promote but still would like to help, last year C.D. Martin sponsored three classes honoring and memorializing persons that have been a part of flat track racing in the past.
