This is what we have so far for the 2011 schedule.
These races are for sure:
April 29, 81 Speedway
April 30, Jeeps ST
June 17, 81 Speedway
June 18, Jeeps ST
July 1, 81 Speedway
July 2,Jeeps ST
Yet to be determined dates, Barton County Fair
Jeeps short track-TT weekend

I won't make the April weekend. Kelly says I have to be at our wedding. I tried to reschedule it but she wouldn't let me.lol

I won't make the April weekend. Kelly says I have to be at our wedding. I tried to reschedule it but she wouldn't let me.lol Rob, I'm sure we could have a nice little ceremony at the starting line before the race starts... and a nice big reception at the Jeeps clubhouse afterwards!! ;D Thanks for posting the schedule Randy!! |

"It's always better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission"
I'm sure she'll forgive and forget. It's worth a shot.
She might not even notice you're not there.
Thanks for the schedule guys..... Gas prices have me in high level pucker mode. A limited schedule is actually a blessing to this hillbilly...

I hope we are gonna have a few more than that at jeeps?? Dion, there is the possibility of a short track/TT for a Sat-Sun combo at Jeeps, but that would be the only addition to the schedule as far as Jeeps is concerned. |

(and I hope Josh is putting that nice little restrictor plate in your intake manifold! ;D) Well Kyle, he is taking off the larger carb (38mm i think it is) and putting a 36mm on it. He pulled the top end apart for me to check for damage. We were thinking the way it was running it might not be stock bore and stroke like the guy I bought it from told me . Well it is in fact a stock bore and stroke. Josh thinks it will run better with the 36mm. He got my shocks in the other day too, and I asked him how they looked.. He replied, " Well they look like a set of 5 year old works shocks.. but the ones on the Bul-Fighter look pretty sweet" |

The more races the better! Is there any interest in trying to have a race at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas this year? I would think our Iowa riders would like the location. It's a big nice 4/10th of a mile banked track. In looking at Lakeside's website, it looks like they may have plenty of Friday nights and even some Saturday nights available. With Randy, Tom and Cherry Picker's approval, I am willing to contact Lakeside and get the low down and info on whether we could race, when, what it would cost, insurance, etc. Looks like we could probably get a Saturday night date with another race on Sunday afternoon (a possible rain date for the Saturday race). www.lakesidespeedway.netLet me know and I'll do what I can to help. won 2 classes the last time i ran there. fast track & smooth. would be great to run there again.
