Just want to make sure I understand this correct. If you are there to race in the afternoon program there is a $15 pitpass. If you race in the evening show also, you will pay another $30 for a pitpass? In addition the entry for Amatuer goes up $5 for the evening show? Thanks Mike

So we can't run flat track tires in the quad amateur class then?

So we can't run flat track tires in the quad amateur class then? I think that means if you run knobbies you can only run in an amatuer class

The night show prices are a little on the high side for this old hillbilly. We'll probably just stick to the afternoon show.

Please tell me this is a typo or just a mistAke. It's hard enough to get riders to come to Nebraska , without having to spend twice a much for pit pass's for a show that only pays 3 places. Please rethink this, ED. TCL

I hope you all have a good time, I have commitments keeping me away from Nebraska. I am thankful I don't have to play the $45 card. I hope the situation gets resolved, it doesn't strike me as a winning situation for anybody. $15 one time would be acceptable, $25 to cover both events and $15 for the afternoon only show would be something to consider. According to there web site they are having 9 car classes plus the 3 classes of bikes. They are all the way from stock cars to sprints. Looks like it could be a long nite!

Are there really 9 classes of cars running in the evening? the evening program looks like they want their cake and eat it too. The evening program is out for me too, the pit passes alone would cost me $90 just for the night race, that makes the cost for one race $120.00. Also where will we be pitted, if they have 9 classes of cars my guess is we will not be in the infield. I hope I am wrong and the evening program has boo-coo bikes and everything goes well.

Randy,
Could we hear an update on the evening show prices? I know the last thing you want is to expect 30 bikes for the evening show and end up with 5 or 6. Thanks for the follow up. Thanks Mike

Mike, my last communication was several days ago, with the guys at I-80, about the pit pass prices. They said they would get back with me soon. Remember the promoters have many things to consider when setting prices for everything from entry fees to hot dogs. Great venues, such as I-80 Speedway, are very important to our sport, especially on a night when we could be racing in front of several thousand people. I hope it will all work out and we will have one fantastic show next week, I will keep you all posted on any changes. Randy

We are sorry to announce that races on Saturday September 25th have been canceled due to damages from a horrible storm that I-80 Speedway suffered this week.
Thanks I-80 Speedway
