Another Stray Is Saved

So this straggly nasty old stray of a critter shows up at my shop today. Had no choice but to do the best I can for it.

Somebody jammed an old Trump 500 into an old kx125 frame (yuck!). Hunt magneto, Del Ortos, Who knows what other goodies some crazy hillclimber put in it. Kinda cool, thought I'd share it with ya. Never know, she might come back to life as a flat tracker.........(gasp!)

Someone sure hogged-out that intake. What size is that carb? Just curious.

King.... Hillclimbing aint for me brother....But if you'd like the chassis it's yours, I just want the engine....

The 500's are my favorite. Thats a good racing ignition (and pricey) so you'll probably want to use it. I use the Lucas RITA ignitions on mine.

Someday I'll get my race motor finished too and we can add a couple more Brits to the growing vintage twins class...
