The reason I run sideports is they are legal everywhere and the Cport isn't. The motors run the same. Yeah cracing, what's 50cc. I'm spotting a lot of people 200cc in the 600pro class. 480-680. Is the 250-400 class the only amature class you can run in TJ? JUST letting you guys know about what appears to be a decent buy. I'll make sure I don't do that again. YOUR WELCOME, Pat Orman. Pat, the sideprot falls under the 76 or older rule I am guessing? I turned 30 on the 19th, so I tried out the vintage Am Open as well as the 0-400, I was told my engine is a stock bore and stroke 350 with a roller cam (megacycle?) from the guy I purchased it from. I am always looking for good deals so I appriciate the heads up on that, I did decent, finishing the weekend off with a 3rd, (2) 2nd's and won my first race EVER in the Vintage Open, I started racing last year on a CRF 100 and part way through the year bought a stock xl350 to run, then at the end of the year decided i liked it enough to buy the bike I have now. Heck I would have bought one of those 412 kit bikes you built that were selling a while back, they looked nice, but I would like to keep in a bike that I can run in two classes for now. Here is my cam, and stuff, I don't think those are stock springs or retainers...
