Randy and I were discussing when would be the best time to schedule this years banquet. Your input would be greatly appreciated, as this event is meant for YOU in the first place! Feel free to post comments why you think one is better over the other as well. Just trying to do what is best for everyone.  |

Having it on a Sunday evening makes it hard to enjoy for those of us with a long drive home and work on Monday. Thanks for asking

Before I make my tie-breaker vote...
Do you guys have a date in mind for a separate banquet later in the fall? During the Jeeps Turkey Run hare scrambles again?

As one of the "long distance" drivers, I vote for a seperate date. Sunday wouldn't work well for us. I don't mind making a seperate trip just for the banquet. It gives us a weekend away from everything.
It's also nice to see everyone all shined up and hard to recognize.... You know, not all sweaty and dirty. Hard to do after a race.

Separate date is good, then again we can be flexible.
Does that help? Where might I learn more about the
banquet activities?

Glad to see most everyone is on the same page on this.I always enjoy getting together with everyone away from the track and competition in a relaxed atmosphere like we had at the clubhouse last year.I thought that turned out very well .I would think that would be much easier to organize for our friends in the orange shirts also.Look forward to whatever you all decide to do,and as always,I appreciate all the hard work you all put into it.
