I wanted to make you all aware of a few good races coming up in the area.
On Thursday night May 21 Steve Nace has an AMA Pro-Am short track on the new 1/4 Shepp's Speedway in Alexander, IL. There will be only four classes - expert, pro, open amateur and open vintage classes.
Sunday, May 31 Steve will put on a half mile in Columbus Junction, IA. A host of classes will be offered including pro, amateur and vintage classes. This track is less than 2 hours away from the May 30 Quincy, IL pro AMA Hotshoe race. Right now there is no vintage support class offered in Quincy.
Check Stevenaceracing.com for details on both races.
Also on June 6 in LaMonte, MO - Rick Yeager and Dave Cory will have an open vintage support class on the super smooth LA Raceway. This is another AMA Hotshoe event where the Pros and Experts will run singles and twin classes. It promises to be a great show.
If you have any questions about these races feel free to contact me and I'll try and help.
Hope to see some of you at these events.

By the way. This half mile features a 0-400 vintage class and a heavyweight class for 400 cc and larger.
Be there or be square.
