Alright, I am starting out with a beautiful 77 XL350, I got some new wheels for it, and am getting a CR500 rear hydro brake setup to mate to the rear wheel. Losing the 530 chain and going to a little lighter 520.
My question is what size and type of rear shocks should I get (stock frame) I dont have $500 to spend on shocks,
Also what would I do with the forks? Swaps that would be good? Or oil weights or springs that can get me going?
I am not looking to make this a winner , just a great starter and learning bike.. Any help and advice is great
thanks.. Tj
