Ha! you thought I would have them up already? OMG, LOL, you should know me better than that by now! Actually I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of the riders who made the GB race. And a special thank you also to the Bells and the Barton County Fair Board for all of their efforts in getting another event for us out there. For those of you who missed it, we had: -gorgeous weather! -a PEE WEE battle to the last lap! -an enthusiastic crowd! -super photographers to capture all the action! -great, racy track! -actual FOOD at the concessions this time! -an awesome group of riders! -some guy who boasted he could beat "that old (and he said OLD, not ol') Jody Hale!" -only one soil sample all day! -the often imitated, but never duplicated, orange shirt crew! -King of the Hill race! -And did I mention HOT new scorekeeper? (When you miss one race, you miss A LOT!) But never fear, you still have ONE MORE CHANCE before the long, cold, raceless months of winter are here. Odessa this coming Friday night! You'll be kicking yourself later if you miss it! PS-I promise to get results up soon. I am headed to KC tomorrow but taking everything with me for Odessa as I will be up there all week. Hope to see you all Friday!

Jim Bell and his crew did a great job on the race track (tracks, pee wee track also) for Sunday's race. Also the Barton County fair board deserves a big thank you for giving flat track racing a chance. Thanks for your hard work Jim.
