Did anyone else notice that Ion Stear #59p made the Springfield short track main? He is the rider that Rodney and Dee sponsored at Topeka. Does he get a national number? Will he ride the same XR750 October 4th?

Ion did get his number, and yes he will be riding Rodney's bike in Topeka. Congrats Ion, good job.

Ion looked great! Giving eventual race winner Henry Wiles all he could handle for a couple of laps! A 15th place finish and completing all 25 laps in the main....way to go Ion! ;D
