Lost: Ken Maley Steel Shoe Lost on Saturday August 23, probably at Jeeps Motorcycle Club. Shoe should have blue Ken Maley strap on it. This shoe has sentimental as well as practical value to me. It was my first steel shoe and purchased not long before Ken died. I had it attached to my boot as I was loading up. I remember it falling off, and I thought I shoved it in my boot, but apparently not. Please contact me if you found it. Thanks, Brigitta

Just and update. I got a call today offering me a shoe if it fit and saying that if he was not so far away, he would go to Jeeps to look, but upon reflection, I think that it was NOT at JEEPs that I lost my shoe. It was most likely the Walmart parking lot where I spent the night. I remember hearing something fall from the car and making a clang. I bent over, looked around, did not see anything, and thought that perhaps I had imagined the noise and forgot about it. I bet that is when it happened. I will miss that shoe. I am actually more upset about it than I would have imagined, it has so many good memories attached; HOWEVER, that shoe only fit my old worn out boots and the plan was to hang it up and get a new one this fall. That plan has moved forward on my list of priorities. I contacted Gary Lightshoe (Kinzler) and I am going to get my new boot shipped to him tomorrow. He thinks he should be able to get my shoe made and shipped back before Hays. Thanks for thinking about me. Brigitta
