Ok... You guys are probably getting sick of me selling my junk on here.
1997 CR250R, in good shape, starts easy and runs good! FAST! I bought the bike last winter and it's just too much power. Much too fast for an old grandpa like me... may consider trade for plush lazy boy recliner and some fuzzy slippers... ;-)
The good - Full FMF exhaust, Gold Series Fatty pipe and Powercore2 silencer in perfect condition, no dents or dings. Has a flywheel weight for tractability. Newly rebuilt rear shock and all shock linkage bearings replaced with about 2 hours on them both, have all receipts. Front and rear tires are near new, very little wear. The bad - Forks could use new seals soon, front fender is "tweaked" to one side a little from previous owner, and it will eventually need a new rear sprocket.
Asking $1100 obo, or will trade for air cooled 4-stroke 250 in decent condition, prefer XR250 or TTR250 w/kickstart. 785-286-3095 after 4:30pm or email k47boyd@juno.com
