New to series. Getting new bike this weekend and sending to MDR to get setup for the season. Just wondering what Numbers are available? I would like to run #81 if possible. Who do I need to talk to about this?

Who do I need to talk to about this? What class are you running in/what kind of bike do you have? I know right now in the Vintage 400 class the numbers, 29G, 4, 98, 44x are all used up. Worst case scenario you have to pull out the black tape and make an X behind your number if you sign up after someone else with the same number. Just running through the Members names, here are some numbers that are used.. 827 816 96M 89G 63C 59 58S 57X 55G 47G 38

I have a Crf 450 so I'll be running the 450 class. What other classes can I run in your series? Looks like I will be putting #81 on my bike. Is there any purse money in your series or contingency money for running certain products (fuel, tires, sprockets, chain, etc) my background is roadracing and each series had numerous contingency money or certificate to be used on that companies product. Thanks

The only 81 around here is Bret Sowders but he only races a select few. When he does it is on a 450. (Pro class)

Thanks If your looking to compete for money then yo uwould be wanting to run the Open pro and 450cc pro, which I am sure you can do on the same bike. I don't think there is any contingency money around because the series isn't as large as some out towards IL/IN.

Some things have changed Ziptie- in the 2 pro classes you could race (450 and Open Pro) we pay 150% back to half of the class. (8 riders, we pay 4, etc) And thanks to the city of Park City we did have an end of the season $ payout in the pro class. (amateurs race for trophies and points throughout the season and have end of the season gift certicifates to a local shop here in Wichita) Its not huge, but its growth for our series! The same will be true for the 2011 season as Park City, Mid America Powersports and various individual sponsors are all back on board to sponsor our series. Hope this answers your question! ~Tammy

Would have loved to be there. So guess you are going to have to settle for seeing me over leave at the race ;D Speaking of race.. Friday is obviously an evening race, is Saturday still going to be an evening race too or will it be an afternoon/late afternoon race since we arent running on Sunday?
