Josh crashed yesterday @ the Outlaw Mini Nats. Broke his arm. Wouldn't hurt to give him a call or leave a message on here. TCL

Josh,
Ouch that had to hurt! Hopefully you have a quick recovery because I am not sure how fun it will be powder coating with one arm.

Dang, Josh... Thats bad news. Sorry to hear about the fall. Someone once told me you can get hurt just as bad on a small bike as you can on a big one... Must be true. Hope it wasn't a real bad break.
Take care and get healed up!

broke both bones in my right arm/elbow. meeting with the surgeon this pm. surgery tomorrow probably. the end of the radius broke off and into two pcs. tricky stuff, thats why its taking so long to get fixed..... i was riding the stock minibike, ran into one that had just crashed. i flew off and it caught back up to me i wasnt even riding the top fuel minibike. thanks for your concern everybody. Thanks to Bomber and family for all your help. Thanks to Davie Durelle, and Dave Uden for loading the bikes and gear while I was in the ambulance. josh

Josh, We will have to share notes after you get all fixed up. I broke the end off my elbow back in '85 and have the photos of the x-rays of the fix. Pretty cool stuff!! The nice thing about pins, plates, and screws..........things heal to a useable state pretty quick.
Good luck!

Let's see ya beat a metal plate and eight screws! Don't forget to ask for the x-ray's on CD before and after the surgery. You can show them to the single women at the rest home in your old age. Remember, Chicks dig scars ooh, don't let Jenny read this

Well he had surgery last night, sounds like he will be on his way to a speedy recovery, they replaced the end of his bone with a metal ball, and used screws and a plate to put the other bone together, in a few days he can take off the splint and start working it back to new,
Jenny was saying after he got out of the hospital at Hastings, he was more worried about making sure the bikes were tied down right than getting home and healed up.. and wanted to help unload everything the next day (arm still broken not gone to get it repaired) at this pace he will be racing in NOV...
