Brigitta, Thanks again for saving the weekend and letting me use your starter! I owe you one...
Thanks Ed for helping me fix my footpeg.
Thanks Josh for helping me fix my blown-out plug.
Thanks Bill for helping me out with my broken exhaust hanger.
That track was hard on the little bike, I appreciate the help!

PS - Jim, I have your bike stand for the 150. Let me know if you need it soon, otherwise we usually come up to Lawrence every once in a while (my daughter is at KU) and I can bring it.

No problem Kyle... I hate to see a racer down, and I love to cobble them vintage bikes back together.
I'd like to copy Kyle's thank you to GPFTS crew. Great season guys!!!!!

Great time at the season finale! We enjoyed it and thank all for making it happen again so smoothly. We stepped out a little beyond the GPFTS in a couple of directions this first season, just trying to get seat and track time and learn a little more. We sure missed the orange shirts at the other events... guess we are spoiled! lol Met a ton great folks this season. Of all the things I heard people say, what struck me the most was hearing something like CD Martin "It's been 23 years, I just thought I'd come out and see what it felt like" ;D oh you could tell he was having fun! The Stockton race and the guy that came from MI. I think he said it had been 18 years... It seems several have come back and that along with the up and coming racers make it even more fun and interesting. Thank you Bill Snyder confirming that I heard my tire chirping a little Sunday... and daing-it, just when the season is over So, back to long work hours and shorter daylight meanwhile preparing for the next season! Looking forward to seeing everyone at the banquet!! D & T

There is a lot of people to say thanks to for a great season. The Orange Shirt Crew, not only do you work for free all day but at the end of the day, all of you are walking the pits saying thanks to the racers and families. That is a love of the sport. To all the racers our kids faced new and old, you guys are the best. Jim Day, you are a true good guy. Josh Trail, you and your family are first class. We are glad to have met you. And to our sponsors and helpers; Kennedy Racing, Bell Racing, Bill Synder and Colt thanks for all the help. And most importantly to one of the greatest supporters and sponsors of flat track racing Clarke Racing, thanks for all you have done for our kids and the sport. Team Kurtz
