Mark your calenders now, we plan to CELEBRATE this season with a dinner/party/banquet at the Jeeps Clubhouse on Saturday, November 22d!!!! End of the year awards will be presented at this time.

PARTY UPDATE!!!!
Here are the details for our party Saturday, November 22:
We will be having BBQ from Hog Wild BBQ here in Wichita (also in Hutch AND coming soon to a location near you in SALINA!)
Pulled Pork, beef brisket and hot links. Baked beans, potato salad and cole slaw Desserts TBA (but we promise to have some!) We will provide some basic drinks: tea, lemonade, pop, etc
If you would like anything else to drink, feel free to bring it.
$10 per person (kids 5 & under free) payable that night to GPFTS
HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART!!!!
YOU MUST RSVP TO TAMMY NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14!!!!!
To simplify the process, please RSVP by email or phone TO TAMMY. (You can opt to RSVP here on this thread if you prefer)
The elders can sometimes be forgetful in their old age, so don't think telling them in passing that you will be there counts as an RSVP!

Ok, ok, before any of you point it out, I will. I failed to mention what time we will be starting. Mainly because I forgot to discuss this detail with the elders! Time TBA as soon as we figure it out. Most likely around 6 or 7.

Nov 23 - WJMC sanctioned Hare Scramble 41th Annual Turkey Run (2 hour / 1 man) Sign in 9:00am / Practice 10:00am / Race 11:00am
Admission: Everyone (Racers, Pit Crew, Spectators, Family & Friends) will need to pay a gate admission of $8.00 each. With the exception of, free admission for children 6 years and younger, and adults 65 years and older. Club members and their family's gate admission is free, when a current membership card, validated with the required stamp on the back, is presented to gate personnel.
Race Entry Fee: Amateur Race entry fee is 25.00 Pro Race entry fee is $25.00
How fun would it be to get a bunch of us out there for this???

Dang... Looks like I can't make it after all. The 22nd is when my daughter gets an award on the field at halftime of the KU game. So the wife and I will be there.
Give Bill my plate... he ate my lunch all season anyway! ;D
