Great thoughts Bomber. We had a King of the Hill race at our Last Great Bend race (for this exact reason, low rider turnout) and it was an awesome race!

well, I got my bike and it will be ready to go to any race that has a 150 class, I even have a useable rear tire. (thanks Bomber) From what I have seen at the races I have been to, there are not always alot of spectators, I went to some AMA flat track races in MN this past summer, there were probably 70 competitors with bikes modern and vintage and quads, the weather was nice but very windy and there were less than 10 people in the stands.. We had a race at Eagle and there were alot of fans (most there for the midget cars) but alot of peopel on the dirtdrivers board commented on how much they did enjoy watching the bikes, Downfall was there were only vintage classes.. Getting the word out to people who don't know is the big thing.. Finding a location clsoe enough for peopel to travel is another,, So advertising near the venue will be important, the raceers are willing to drive 4 hours, but not so much for the spectators,,
